The frosting is one of the most important components of any cake-based dessert. From cupcakes to tiered cakes, frosting must always be there. It’s not just about its presence though. Frosting and its Fondant must be delicious as well. Enter these Magic Whizk frosting recipes.

Magic Whizk is a well-known whipping cream brand. It is famous for its creamy taste and smooth texture. It is easy to use and apply. Plus, it’s stable and versatile. You can use it as you need― be it for cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts.

Despite its amazing texture and taste, the frosting might be hard to make, especially for beginners. Don’t worry though. We came up with these Magic Whizk frosting recipes with the help of Peachy just for you. These recipes cover buttercream frosting and Magic Whizk ala fondant.

Buttercream Frosting Using Magic Whizk

225g HICAPS Buttercream Ref. Margarine

400g Magic Whizk Instant Whipping Cream

100g Water 


Whip HICAPS Buttercream, wait until fully whipped. Set aside. 

Whip Magic Whizk in a clean bowl for 2 minutes at a medium speed, add cold water while whipping for 3 minutes at medium speed. 

Fold HICAPS Buttercream mixture and MAGIC WHIZK mixture until desired texture is attained.

Magic Whizk can also be used as a Fondant. Follow this procedure to make a Fondant using Magic Whizk.

  • Place confectioners' sugar in a large bowl.
    1000 g Powdered Sugar
  • Make a well in the center, using a wooden spoon. Stir in glucose.
    200 g Glucose
  • Mix until stickiness disappears.
  • Add Magic Whizk
    300 g Magic Whizk Instant Whipping Cream
  • Knead until the fondant is smooth, pliable and does not stick to your hands. If fondant is too stiff, add water (a drop at a time).
  • Use fondant immediately or store in airtight container in fridge.
  • When ready to use, bring to room temperature and knead again until soft.
