How do I register for a HICAPS Website Account?

1. Go to
2. Click on the word REGISTER
3. Enter your Email Address
4. Then click the Register button
5. Check the Email Address that you entered, click the link on the message
6. Go to Account Details then fill up the Registration Form then SAVE CHANGES
7. Go to Addresses then input your Billing and Shipping Addresses
8. Then you may go shopping to order your favorite HICAPS products

Why do I need a HICAPS Website Account?

1. When you already have a website account, there’s no need to fill up your details every time you want to order products.
2. You can subscribe to our newsletter and get updated on the latest promos, events, and sales.

Can I log in to HICAPS Website using Social Media Accounts?

Yes. As of the moment, you can log in using your Social Media and you can log in via your Email Address.

Can I change my information registered on the website?

Yes. You may change the information you provided at any time.

I forgot my password or I cannot log in to my account, what should I do?

1. Go to My Account
2. Click the ‘Lost your password?’
3. Then input your Username/Email Address
4. Then click on the RESET PASSWORD button
5. Reset password link will be sent thru your registered email

How to Buy or Order HICAPS Products?

1. Simply select the products you want to order and click the Add to Cart button.
2. After adding all the products to your cart, initiate checkout by clicking the cart button on the upper part of the page.
3. Fill up your details (Complete name, address, tel. number, email address)
4. Add your coupon codes
5. Select your payment method
6. Review all the details
7. Don’t forget to read and check the box beside “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions”
8. Click the Place Order button when everything is correct and final

What are your payment methods?

You may choose from Cash On Delivery (COD), GCash, Credit, or Debit Card Payment. HICAPS secure payment is being handled by Paymongo.

How will you deliver my orders?

Our very own HMC Express and 3rd Party Logistics (J&T, Byaheros, or LBC) will deliver your orders at your preferred home location.

What is your shipping/delivery coverage?

We are currently serving the areas of Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Quezon, Rizal, Metro Manila, Bicol, Central Luzon, Pangasinan and Baguio City.

How much are the shipping fee and the minimum order?

The minimum order amount is ₱300.00. We are subsidizing the rate of our 3rd Party Logistics Provider. Free shipping for Orders within Sta. Rosa, Cabuyao, and Binan Cities with a minimum order of ₱500.00

How to be your Business Partner or Brand Ambassador?

1. Go to the lowermost part of any page, under BUSINESS PARTNERS, click BE OUR PARTNER. or AFFILIATE MARKETING for possible collaborations and product endorsements.
2. You will see a Customer Data Sheet, make sure to complete the details needed.
3. Insert attachments and hit the SEND button.
4. Customer Service Team will get in touch with you to give you the contact details of the Account Manager who is in charge of your area.

Can I find your Products in Dealers near my area?

You can use our Dealer Locator to find a store carrying our products near your area.
1. Go to this link:
2. Allow your gadget to access your location or
3. Enter your address in the Your location bar
4. Select Search radius (10 km, 25km, 50km, etc.)
5. Select Results (number of stores to be displayed)
6. Click the Search button
7. All stores near you will be displayed
