Buttercream Frosting Using Magic Whizk
COVERS: 4 rolls
PREP TIME: 15 mins
INGREDIENTS:
225g HICAPS Buttercream Ref. Margarine
400g Magic Whizk Instant Whipping Cream
100g Water
DIRECTIONS:
Whip HICAPS Buttercream, wait until fully whipped. Set aside.
Whip Magic Whizk in a clean bowl for 2 minutes at a medium speed, add cold water while whipping for 3 minutes at medium speed.
Fold HICAPS Buttercream mixture and MAGIC WHIZK mixture until desired texture is attained.

Ingredients
- 1000 g Powdered Sugar
- 200 g Glucose
- 300 g Magic Whizk Instant Whipping Cream
Instructions
- Place confectioners' sugar in a large bowl.1000 g Powdered Sugar
- Make a well in the center, using a wooden spoon. Stir in glucose.200 g Glucose
- Mix until stickiness disappears.
- Add Magic Whizk300 g Magic Whizk Instant Whipping Cream
- Knead until the fondant is smooth, pliable and does not stick to your hands. If fondant is too stiff, add water (a drop at a time).
- Use fondant immediately or store in airtight container in fridge.
- When ready to use, bring to room temperature and knead again until soft.
