Marbled Brownies with Cream Cheese

To add an extra flair to your usual brownies, this simple brownie recipe features different flavors, one of them is our marbled brownies. with cream cheese. Try it now.

Cream Cheese Mixture


Brownie Mixture

  • Grease a 1 x 11 x 16 rectangular pan then place wax paper.
  • Melt HICAPS Buttercream in a large bowl.
    225 g HICAPS Buttercream Ref Margarine
  • Add HICAPS Instabake Brownie Mix, water, glucose, and eggs.
    1000 g HICAPS Instabake Brownie Mix, 40 g Glucose, 100 g Water, 4 Whole Egg
  • Mix until well blended (using a spatula or stand mixer).
  • Spread the mixture in the prepared pan. Set Aside.

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla emulco, flour, and egg. Mix until well blended.
    29 g Royal Victoria Cream Cheese, ½ cup Powdered Sugar, ½ tsp. Emulco Vanilla Flavor, ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour, 1 Whole Egg
  • Put a dollop of cream cheese mixture over the brownie mixture.
  • Create swirls using a knife or spatula
  • Bake for 25 – 30 mins. Do not overbake.
  • Cool for 5 – 8 mins.
