Marbled Brownies With Creamcheese Recipe
Marbled Brownies with Cream Cheese
Ingredients
- 1000 g HICAPS Instabake Brownie Mix
- 225 g HICAPS Buttercream Ref Margarine
- 40 g Glucose
- 100 g Water
- 4 Whole Egg Large
Cream Cheese Mixture
- 29 g Royal Victoria Cream Cheese
- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- ½ tsp. Emulco Vanilla Flavor
- ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Whole Egg
Instructions
Brownie Mixture
- Grease a 1 x 11 x 16 rectangular pan then place wax paper.
- Melt HICAPS Buttercream in a large bowl.225 g HICAPS Buttercream Ref Margarine
- Add HICAPS Instabake Brownie Mix, water, glucose, and eggs.1000 g HICAPS Instabake Brownie Mix, 40 g Glucose, 100 g Water, 4 Whole Egg
- Mix until well blended (using a spatula or stand mixer).
- Spread the mixture in the prepared pan. Set Aside.
Cream Cheese Mixture
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla emulco, flour, and egg. Mix until well blended.29 g Royal Victoria Cream Cheese, ½ cup Powdered Sugar, ½ tsp. Emulco Vanilla Flavor, ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour, 1 Whole Egg
- Put a dollop of cream cheese mixture over the brownie mixture.
- Create swirls using a knife or spatula
- Bake for 25 – 30 mins. Do not overbake.
- Cool for 5 – 8 mins.
