Instructions
Brownie Mixture
Grease a 1 x 11 x 16 rectangular pan then place wax paper.
Melt HICAPS Buttercream in a large bowl.
225 g HICAPS Buttercream Ref Margarine
Add HICAPS Instabake Brownie Mix, water, glucose, and eggs.
1000 g HICAPS Instabake Brownie Mix,
40 g Glucose,
100 g Water,
4 Whole Egg
Mix until well blended (using a spatula or stand mixer).
Spread the mixture in the prepared pan. Set Aside.
Cream Cheese Mixture
In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla emulco, flour, and egg. Mix until well blended.
29 g Royal Victoria Cream Cheese,
½ cup Powdered Sugar,
½ tsp. Emulco Vanilla Flavor,
¼ cup All-Purpose Flour,
1 Whole Egg
Put a dollop of cream cheese mixture over the brownie mixture.
Create swirls using a knife or spatula
Bake for 25 – 30 mins. Do not overbake.
Cool for 5 – 8 mins.
