Recipe for Mango Sago Jelly

Mango Sago Jelly is the perfect dessert to enjoy on a hot. It’s made with real mango, so it tastes like pure heaven! This sweet treat will make your taste buds sing and leave you wanting more. You can even share this delicious dish with your family because it’s easy enough for kids to help create!

Recipe for Mango Sago
Ingredients for Mango Sago Jelly
- 200 g Sago Cooked
- 150 g White Sugar
- 25 g clear gelatine powder
- 300 ml Water
- 350 g Bluebell Condensed Milk
- 1 pack All-Purpose Cream chilled
- 15 g Mango Emulco Flavor and Color
- 3 Mangoes Fresh and Ripe
Instructions for Recipe for Mango Sago
Mango Jelly
- In a saucepan over medium heat, add water and clear gelatine powder.300 ml Water,25 g clear gelatine powder
- Mix until fully dissolved.
- Add the sugar.150 g White Sugar
- Continue mixing until water becomes clear.
- Add Mango Emulco to give the jelly a natural mango taste and aroma.15 g Mango Emulco Flavor and Color
- Let it simmer for 10 mins.
- Prepare your molder.
- Pour the mango jelly mixture into your molder and let it set.
- Once ready, slice into small cubes.
- You can prepare the mango jelly ahead of time and store in a refrigerator.
Cream Mixture
- Combine chilled all-purpose cream and Bluebell Condensed Milk.350 g Bluebell Condensed Milk,1 pack All-Purpose Cream
- Mix until creamy and thick.
- You can also prepare the cream in advance and store it in a fridge for a cold and refreshing treat.
- Slice the mangoes and cut it into cubes, same size as the mango jelly.3 Mangoes
- Sweetness and taste of mangoes may vary depending on the variant and season.
Mango Sago Assembly
- Scoop and place about 2 tbsp of cooked sago in the bottom of your glass.200 g Sago
- Add fresh mango cubes.
- Then add mango jelly.
- Pour chilled cream on top until you fill the glasses.
- Add more fresh mangoes on top.
- Garnish with mint leaves to make it more presentable
- Serve and enjoy!
