Did you know that you can use cold soda, milk, juices to mix with Magic Whizk? Folding crushed cookies, nuts or chopped fruits give your Magic Whizk a unique texture and taste that’s well-loved.
HOW TO USE:
1. Measure the desired weight of Magic Whizk in a clean bowl with enough space to allow the product to increase in volume.
2. Whip for 2 minutes using an electric mixer with the whisk attachment.
3. Gradually add cold water or liquid milk to at least 30% of Magic Whizk by weight, while continuously mixing at medium speed.
4. Next, whip at very high speed until the desired texture and volume. Add more liquid depending on your desired consistency.
5. Store excess whipped Magic Whizk in an airtight container inside the chiller for a maximum of 3 days. Re-whip first before using it.
Adding Flavors and Colors:
- Add any food color and then whip until the desired color is attained.
