Instructions
Cream softened buttercream and sugar until light and fluffy
Combine all other dry ingredients except raisins and oatmeal. Set Aside.
Add the eggs to your buttercream and sugar mixture. Mix until well blended.
Add in the dry ingredients.
Tossed in a little bit of flour to raisins to avoid it from sinking at the bottom. Add to mixture.
Then finish it off by adding slowly the oatmeal. Don't forget to scrape the sides and bottom for even mixing.
Scoop cookie mixture into balls, size will depend on your preference.
Make sure the cookie batter is atleast 2 inch apart as the cookie will spread out once baked.
Bake at 190 degree Celsius for 8-10 mins.
Remove from pan and cool down completely.
Transfer to your serving plate or pack it as a gift.
