Filipino pork steak, also known as bistek tagalog, is a simple and delicious dish made with thinly sliced pork chops marinated in a tangy soy sauce and calamansi mixture, then pan-fried until golden brown. The marinade infuses the meat with flavor and keeps it moist and tender. Served with rice and vegetables, this savory and slightly-sweet dish is a popular comfort food in the Philippines.
