Instructions
Crush cookies into fine meal using blender or food processor.
400 g crushed Oreo cookies
Add the cream cheese and blend until thoroughly combined, literally no traces of white.
30 g Royal Victoria Cream Cheese
Using a teaspoon, roll the mixture into balls, place on wax paper lined baking sheet, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Place Hicoa Chocolate Compound in a microwave-safe bowl and melt gradually, checking and stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
250 g Hicoa Milk Chocolate Compound
Using two forks, dip the balls into the chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to run away.
Once all are coated, refrigerate to cool.
Melt white chocolate and using the tines of a fork, dip and drizzle over the chocolate truffles to decorate.
100 g Hicoa White Chocolate
You can also garnish it with chopped nuts.
