In a bowl, mix eggs yolks, melted HICAPS Buttercream – Prime (Unsalted) and all dry ingredients. Mix until well blended then set aside.
In a separate bowl, add in HICAPS Instabake – Brownie Mix, egg, melted HICAPS Buttercream – Ref margarine, water and glucose. Mix until well incorporated.
Pour brownie mixture into the cookie mixture. Spread evenly.
Then fold in choco chips, mix until well blended.
Pour mixture in a rectangular pan.
Bake for 25 – 30 mins in 350°F temperature.
Cool for 5 – 8 minutes.
Each pan can produce 15 pcs of 2" x 2" x 2" brookies
