Instructions
Boil pasta as per package procedure.
500 g Macaroni Pasta
Prepare the sauce. Saute HICAPS Buttercream, onion, bell pepper and garlic.
½ cup HICAPS Buttercream Ref Margarine,
1 pc White Onion,
1 medium Bell Pepper,
1 pc Garlic
Add in the ground pork, bacon, and mushroom.
½ kilo Ground Pork,
200 g Bacon Bits,
1 can Mushroom
Season with salt and pepper.
Salt,
Black Pepper
Add the tomato sauce. Simmer for 20 mins until cooked. Set aside.
500 g Sweet Style Tomato Sauce
In a different pan, prepare HICAPS Buttercream and flour to create a roux. Add the milk, all purpose cream and season with salt and pepper.
1 pouch All Purpose Cream,
1 can Evaporated Milk,
Salt,
½ cup All-Purpose Flour,
½ cup HICAPS Buttercream Ref Margarine,
Black Pepper
In a baking dish, arrange pasta with red sauce mixture, top with white sauce then garnish with grated HICAPS Chef's Gourmet Melt Magic

Bake for 20 – 30 mins in 180°C or until the cheese melts.
