If you've ever had the pleasure of indulging in the iconic Jollibee Spaghetti, you know that it's a unique blend of sweet and savory flavors that can instantly transport you back to happy childhood memories. We're thrilled to share our homemade version of this beloved classic, allowing you to recreate that familiar taste and enjoy it with your loved ones anytime you desire.
Prepare the spaghetti noodles as per the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
400 g spaghetti noodles
In a large pan, warm the vegetable oil over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and onion until they soften and emit a pleasant aroma.

Put the ground beef into the pan and cook until it turns brown. Make sure to break any large chunks for a smoother sauce.
500 g ground beef
Add the sliced hotdogs to the pan. Cook for another two to three minutes until they’re thoroughly heated.
300 g hotdogs
Pour the tomato sauce, banana ketchup, and sugar into the pan. Stir until everything is mixed well. Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes until it thickens slightly. Then, season with salt and pepper according to taste.
4 cups Filipino-style banana ketchup, 1 cup tomato sauce, 1/2 cup sugar, salt and pepper
Once the sauce is done, add the cooked spaghetti noodles to the pan and mix until they’re uniformly coated with the sauce.
Serve the spaghetti on plates or in bowls, topped with a generous portion of grated cheese.
