Gradually sprinkle the gelatin on 1 cup of cold water in a large bowl. Let the mixture stand for 1 minute or until the gelatin powder blooms.
1 box Unflavored Gelatin, 4 cups Water
Boil 3 cups of water in a huge pot. Add sugar and instant coffee. Stir until dissolved.

Next, add the 3 cups of the coffee mix to the bloomed gelatin. Stir constantly for 2 to 3 minutes or until the gelatin completely dissolves. You shouldn’t see any gelatin granules at this point.

Then, pour the mixture into a baking pan. Allow it to cool.
After this, refrigerate the jelly for 2 to 3 hours or until it sets.
Next, combine condensed milk and cream in a bowl. Mix well.

Take the coffee jelly out of the fridge. Then, cut it into 1-inch cubes and divide it into serving cups.
Top with whipped cream or any topping you like. Serve cold.
