Instructions
In a huge pot or pan, put oil over medium heat.
1 tbsp cooking oil
Next, add the onions and garlic. Sauté them until soft.

2 cloves Garlic
Then, add celery and sauté for one more minute.

Put in the chicken and cook until it turns white.
200 grams chicken breast fillet
Next, drop the chicken broth cube, and mix well until dissolved.

Pour in the water. Let the soup boil before adding the macaroni.
3 cups Water,
100 grams elbow macaroni
Leave the soup under medium heat until the macaroni looks cooked halfway.
Put in carrots and potatoes. Continue to cook until the macaroni and potatoes get fully cooked.

1 cup Potatoes
Pour in evaporated milk. Let the soup simmer.
1 cup Evaporated Milk
Add Baguio pechay and other optional vegetables. Cook for two more minutes.
2 cups Baguio Pechay or Pak-Choi,

Season with salt and pepper as needed.
1 pinch white pepper,
1 pinch Salt
