  • In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar and water until dissolve.
    375 g Powdered Sugar, 140 ml Water
  • In a mixing bowl, cream the HICAPS Buttercream and HICREAM Creaming Fat for 2 minutes at medium speed or until light creamy.
    100 g HICREAM Creaming Fat, 225 g HICAPS Buttercream Ref Margarine
  • Scrape sides and bottom of the bowl.
  • Add gradually dissolved sugar into the creamed butter and HICREAM mixture while whipping for 3 minutes at medium speed. Add Vanilla Emulco
    2 tsp Emulco Vanilla Flavor
  • Scrape sides and bottom of the bowl.
  • Whip at high speed until desired texture is attained, maximum of 3 minutes.
  • Use a piping bag or spatula to spread the frosting onto your desired baked good.
