SUNSTAR Instant Dry Yeast 500g
Fast-acting yeast like SUNSTAR Instant Dry Yeast is a modern variety that was introduced in the 1970s. Moisture content is ultimately what differentiates varieties of yeast, and because instant yeast has a lower moisture content, it does not need to be proofed in the same way that active yeast does.
Ingredients:
- Yeast
- Emulsifier (Sorbitan Monostearate)
- Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid)
Directions for use:
- Mix with flour or add to dough during the first stage of mixing
Storage:
- Store in a cool, dry place
