BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

COVERS: 4 rolls

PREP TIME: 15 mins

INGREDIENTS:

225g HICAPS Buttercream

400g MAGIC WHIZK

100g Water

DIRECTIONS:

Whip HICAPS Buttercream, wait until fully whipped. Set aside.

Whip Magic Whizk in a clean bowl for 2 minutes in a medium speed, add cold water while whipping for 3 minutes at medium speed.

Fold HICAPS Buttercream mixture and MAGIC WHIZK mixture until desired texture in attained.

MAGIC WHIZK ALA FONDANT

COVERS: Two 9-inch round cakes

KNEAD TIME: 15 mins

INGREDIENTS:

1000g Confection Sugar

200g Glucose

300g MAGIC WHIZK

DIRECTIONS:

Place confectioner sugar in a large bowl.

Make a well in the center, using a wooden spoon. Stir in glucose.

Mix until stickiness disappears.

Knead until the fondant is smooth, pliable and does not stick to your hands. If fondant is too stiff, add water (a drop at a time).

Use fondant immediately or store in airtight container in fridge.

When ready to use, bring to room temperature and knead again until soft.
