Hicaps Instabake – Brownie Mix

Serves: Two (2) – 2x6x10 inches Rectangular Pan

INGREDIENTS:

• 500g HICAPS Instabake – Brownie Mix

• 112.5g HICAPS Buttercream – Ref Margarine (Melted)

• 110g Eggs (2pcs.)

• 20g Glucose

• 50g Water

PROCEDURE:

Grease a 2 x 6 x 10 inches rectangular pan then add wax paper. Melt HICAPS Buttercream – Ref Margarine in a large bowl. Add Hicaps Instabake – Brownie Mix and eggs. Mix until well blended (using spatula or stand mixer). Spread the mixture in the prepared rectangular pan. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool for 5 – 8 minutes.

Hicaps Instabake – Butterscotch Bar Mix

Prep Time: 10mins

Cook Time: 30mins

Serves: Two (2) – 2x6x10 inches Rectangular Pan

INGREDIENTS:

• 500g HICAPS Instabake – Butterscotch Mix

• 112.5g HICAPS Buttercream – Ref Margarine (Melted)

• 110g Egg (2pcs.)

PROCEDURE:

Combine HICAPS Instabake – Butterscotch Bar Mix, eggs and melted HICAPS Buttercream- Ref Margarine. Mix for 1 minute in low speed. Spread batter evenly in a rectangular pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool in pan for 5-8 minutes then run a spatula or knife around edge, loosen and invert onto a cake rack, then remove pan. Enjoy with any toppings. (Butter can be substituted with vegetable oil)
