DIPS – Pesto Mayo Dip

INGREDIENTS:

• ½ cup HICAPS Chef’s Gourmet – Real Mayonnaise

• 2 Tbsp. Basil

• 1 tsp. Garlic (Minced)

• 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese Powder

PROCEDURE:

Mix minced garlic, basil and parmesan cheese powders, Add in HICAPS Chef’s Gourmet – Real Mayonnaise and blend the mixture well.

Taco Mayo

INGREDIENTS:

• ½ cup HICAPS Chef’s Gourmet – Real Mayonnaise

• 2 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning

PROCEDURE:

Pour taco seasoning onto the ½ cup HICAPS Chef’s Gourmet – Real Mayonnaise mix well until well blended.

Sour & Cream Mayo

INGREDIENTS :

• ½ cup HICAPS Chef’s Gourmet – Real Mayonnaise

• 2 Tbsp. Onion Chives (Chopped)

• 1 tsp. Garlic (Minced)

• 3 tsp. Onion Powder

PROCEDURE:

Mix chopped onion chives and minced garlic. Pour in HICAPS Chef’s Gourment – Real Mayonnaise, to add in some more flavors, put 3 tsp. of onion powder.

SPREAD – Cheese Pimiento Spread

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup HICAPS Chef’s Gourmet – Real Mayonnaise

• ½ cup Cheese (Grated)

• 1 Stick Hicaps Buttecream – Gold

• Pimiento (Roasted and Chopped)

PROCEDURE:

Combine HICAPS Chef’s Gourmet – Real Mayonnaise, cheese and butter. Mix well. Add the roasted pimiento and then stir until all the ingredients are properly distributed. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate or make a cheese pimiento sandwich right away.

PASTA SAUCE – Pesto (Fresh Basil Mayo Sauce)

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup HICAPS Chef’s Gourmet – Real Mayonnaise

• 2 cups Fresh Basil Leaves

• 7 pcs. Garlic Cloves

• ½ cup Olive Oil

• ½ cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)

• 2 tsp. Salt

PROCEDURE:

Wash the basil leaves and drain well. Put the basil, oil, garlic cloves and salt in a blender. Blend to a paste, but not so long that the mixture is smooth. It should have a somewhat coarse consistency. Pour the mixture to a bowl, mix in HICAPS Chef’s Gourmet – Real Mayonnaise and parmesan cheese. Cook pasta in accordance to the procedure then drain. In a bowl toss drained pasta with the pesto sauce and serve immediately. Grate additional cheese to top it all up.

Dressing – Caesar Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

• ¾ cups HICAPS Chef’s Gourmet – Real Mayonnaise

• 1 Tbsp. Anchovy

• 1 tsp. Mustard

• ½ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

• ½ tsp. Garlic (Minced)

PROCEDURE:

Make an anchovy-garlic paste: Mince the anchovies and garlic together until the mixture is mostly smooth and the garlic is minced, about 3 minutes. Add the mustard and Worcestershire sauce, whisk in until just combined. Pour in HICAPS Chef’s Gourmet – Real Mayonnaise mix until well blended.
