INGREDIENTS:

• 500g HICAPS Instabake-Butterscotch Mix

• 112.5g HICAPS Buttercream – Ref Margarine (Melted)

• 110g Egg (2pcs)

• 1 cup Desiccated Coconut

PROCEDURE:

Combine HICAPS Instabake – Butterscotch Bar Mix, eggs and HICAPS Buttercream – Ref Margarine (Melted). Mix for 1 minute in low speed. Create mini balls out of the mixture then roll in desiccated coconut. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes in 350°F temperature.
