Ingredients

• 500g HICAPS Instabake – Brownie Mix

• 112.5g HICAPS Buttercream – Ref Margarine

• 50g Water

• 2pcs. Eggs

• 22g Glucose

• Cookies

• 250g HICAPS Buttercream – Prime (Unsalted)

• 200g Light Brown Sugar

• 100g White Sugar

• 325g All Purpose Flour

• 3 pcs. Egg Yolks

• 1 ¼ tsp. Salt

• ¾ tsp. Baking Soda

Procedure:

In a bowl, mix eggs yolks, melted HICAPS Buttercream – Prime (Unsalted) and all dry ingredients. Mix until well blended then set aside. In a separate bowl, add in HICAPS Instabake – Brownie Mix, egg, melted HICAPS Buttercream – Ref margarine, water and glucose. Mix until well incorporated. Pour brownie mixture into the cookie mixture. Spread evenly. Then fold in choco chips, mix until well blended. Pour mixture in a rectangular pan. Bake for 25 – 30 mins in 350°F temperature. Cool for 5 – 8 minutes.
