Marbled Brownies

Yield : 40 bars

Cook Time : 25 – 30 mins

Ingredients:

• 1000g HICAPS INSTABAKE – BROWNIE MIX

• 224g HICAPS BUTTERCREAM – REF MARGARINE

• 40g Glucose

• 100g Water

• 4 pcs. Eggs (Large)

Cream Cheese Mixture

• 29g Cream Cheese

• ½ cup Powdered Sugar

• ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract

• ¼ cup Flour

• 1 pc. Egg

Procedure:

Brownie Mixture

1. Grease a 1 x 11 x 16 rectangular pan then place wax paper.

2. Melt HICAPS BUTTERCREAM in a large bowl.

3. Add HICAPS INSTABAKE – BROWNIE MIX, water, glucose and eggs.

4. Mix until well blended (using spatula or stand mixer).

5. Spread the mixture in the prepared pan. Set Aside.

Cream Cheese Mixture

1. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, flour and egg. Mix until well blended.

2. Put a dollop of cream cheese mixture over the brownie mixture.

3. Create swirls using a knife or spatula

4. Bake for 25 – 30 mins. Do not over bake.

5. Cool for 5 – 8 mins.

Cherry Brownies

2. Melt HICAPS BUTTERCREAM in a large bowl.

3. Add HICAPS INSTABAKE – BROWNIE MIX, water, glucose and eggs.

4. Mix until well blended (using spatula or stand mixer).

5. Spread the mixture in the prepared pan. Add in Cherries.

6. Bake for 25 – 30 mins. Do not over bake.

7. Cool for 5 – 8 mins.

Nutty Butterscotch

Yield : 40 bars

Cook Time : 25 – 30 mins

Ingredients:

• 1000g HICAPS INSTABAKE – BUTTERSCOTCH BAR MIX

• 225g HICAPS BUTTERCREAM – REF MARGARINE

• 4 pcs. Eggs (Large)

• Walnuts (For Topping)

• Cashew Nuts (For Topping)

Procedure:

1. Grease a 1 x 11 x 16 rectangular pan then place wax paper.

2. Melt HICAPS BUTTERCREAM in a large bowl.

3. Add HICAPS INSTABAKE – BUTTERSCOTCH BAR MIX and eggs.

4. Mix until well blended (using spatula or stand mixer).

5. Spread the mixture in the prepared 1 x 11 x 16 rectangular pan. Top with desired nuts.

6. Bake for 25 – 30 mins. Do not over bake.

7. Cool for 5 – 8 mins.

Adding nuts? no need to toast it beforehand as it will be toasted once it’s on top of your bars. Just make sure to check it once in a while because nobody wants burnt nuts.
