Ingredients:

• 1 cup HICAPS CHEF’S GOURMET – PREMIUM CHEESE

• 300g HICAPS CHEF’S GOURMET – REAL MAYONNAISE

• Potatoes (Marble)

• 6 pcs. Eggs (Hard Boiled)

• 1 tbsp. Mustard

• 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

• Salt (To Taste)

• Pepper (To Taste)

• Lettuce (For Plating)

Procedure:

1.Clean marbles potatoes and dry.

2.Boil potatoes for 20mins or until soft.

3.Mash the hardboiled egg with fork.

4.Mix all ingredients together except for the lettuce.

5.Season with salt and pepper.

6.Serve on top of bed of lettuce,

7.Garnish with eggs and bacon bits. Serve.
