Yield : 12 – 15 Medium Sizes

Prep Time / Cook Time : 2 hrs.

Ingredients:

• ½ cup HICAPS CHEF’S GOURMET – PREMIUM CHEESE

• 100g HICAPS BUTTERCREAM – REF MARGARINE (Softened)

• 1 kilo Potatoes

• ½ cup Fresh Milk

• Salt (To Taste)

• Pepper (To Taste)

• 1 cup Bread Crumbs

• 1 pc. Egg

• ½ cup Cornstarch

Procedure:

1. Boil potatoes until soft and tender. Approximately 30 mins.

2. Peel off the skin and mash the potatoes using fork.

3. Add in Softened HICAPS BUTTERCREAM, Grated HICAPS CHEF’S GOURMET – PREMIUM CHEESE and milk.

4. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Roll the mashed potatoes into balls, stuffed with cube cheese and chill for 30 mins.

6. Prepare the breading, egg and cornstarch for coating the rolled mashed potatoes.

7. Deep fry until golden brown.

8. Serve with your desired dips.
