Ingredients:

• ½ cup HICAPS BUTTERCREAM – REF MARGARINE

• 1 cup HICAPS CHEF’S GOURMET – MELT MAGIC

• 500g Macaroni Pasta

• 500g Sweet Style Tomato Sauce

• 1 pouch All Purpose Cream

• 1 can Evaporated Milk

• ½ kilo Ground Pork

• 200g Bacon Bits

• Salt (To Taste)

• Pepper (To Taste)

• Garlic

• White Onion

• 1 can Mushroom (Sliced)

• 1 medium Bell Pepper (Sliced)

• ½ cup Flour

• ½ cup HICAPS BUTTERCREAM – REF MARGARINE

Procedure:

1. Boil pasta as per package procedure.

2. Prepare the sauce. Saute HICAPS BUTTERCREAM, onion, bell pepper and garlic. Add in the ground pork, bacon and mushroom. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Add the tomato sauce. Simmer for 20 mins until cooked. Set aside.

4. In a different pan, prepare HICAPS BUTTERCREAM and flour to create a roux. Add the milk, all purpose cream and season with salt and pepper.

5. In a baking dish, arrange pasta with red sauce mixture, top with white sauce then garnish with grated HICAPS CHEF’S GOURMET – MELT MAGIC

6. Bake for 20 – 30 mins in 180°C or until the cheese melts
