Ingredients:

• 250g Magic Whizk Instant Whipping Cream

• 200g Cold Water/Cold Milk

Procedure:

Ensure that the bowl is not more than a quarter full before whipping to allow for increase in volume. Whip 250 g of Magic Whizk in a clean bowl for 2 mins at medium speed. Scrape sides and bottom of the bowl. Depending on your desired consistency, add gradually 125 g to 200 grams of liquid milk or ice cold water while whipping for 3 mins at medium speed. Whip at very high speed until desired texture is attained, maximum of 4 mins.

• 3 tsp. Matcha powder

Cream Cheese with Magic Whizk Frosting

• 100g Magic Whizk Instant Whipping Cream

• 250g Cream cheese

• 30g Cold water (optional)

Chocolate Frosting

• 100g Magic Whizk Instant Whipping Cream

• 50g Cold water

• 25g Hicoa – Premium Cocoa Powder
