INGREDIENTS

¾ cup HICAPS Buttercream

2 ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour

1 tsp. Baking Soda

½ tsp. Salt

¾ cup packed light brown sugar

¾ cup Granulated Sugar

1 cup Selbourne Choco Chips

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS:

Heat oven to 375°F

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Beat HICAPS Buttercream, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended.

Add eggs, beat well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well. Stir in Selbourne. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake up to 10 minutes or until sides are golden brown. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
