Mervin Manalo is a Chemical Engineer who graduated from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines. He has over 20 years of experience in the food industry and currently serves as President and CEO of HICAPS Mktg. Corp., a provider of prime baking ingredients.

He also attended a mini MBA program at Guthrie-Jensen, which helped him broaden his business knowledge and skills. Under his helm, HICAPS expanded its business and helped more clients grow thru the years. He loves technology and new trends and is always looking for ways to improve his products and services.

Marian Manalo is a licensed Chemical Engineer from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines. With over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, she knows how to navigate through complex business dealings with ease. She’s always able to come out on top, thanks to her sharp negotiating skills.

When she’s not closing deals or planning product launches, you can find Marian in the kitchen baking up a storm – her delicious creations are definitely worth tasting! Marian also enjoys exploring new places and tasting their unique cuisine. She’s always up for an adventure, and she’s never afraid to try something new (especially when it comes to food).

Lynley Mabait is an Industrial Engineering graduate with units in Masters in Industrial Engineering Management from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She has over 15 years of experience in Production, Product Engineering, Quality Management, Research and Development.

Currently working as a Product Sourcing and Development executive for HICAPS Marketing Corporation for 3 years now, Lynley’s skills have been put to great use in the company. Apart from her main job, she also loves to bake cakes and other pastries during her free time. Her creations are often lauded by her friends and family for their wit and creativity.

Lysias (Lysh for short) is a Social Work graduate from the University of the Philippines Diliman. She has over seven years of experience in content marketing.

With a sweet tooth and thirst for mind-blowing content, she is the resident SEO content strategist for HICAPS. Lysias is also the founder of a digital marketing agency called Digifolia. When she’s not in front of the computer, Lysias bakes melt-in-your-mouth donuts and plays with her sweet, adorable dogs.

Sarah Abraham-Manalo is a force to be reckoned with. Sarah is currently a partner at Fortun and Santos Law Offices. She obtained her undergraduate degrees from De La Salle University-Manila, where she majored in international studies and legal management. Sarah then went on to earn her law degree from San Beda School of Law- Alabang in 2010, and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in the same year.

Sarah is known among her colleagues for her wit and sharp legal mind. She has represented numerous high-profile clients in court, and has a proven track record of success. When she’s not in the courtroom, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.
