How do I register for a HICAPS Website Account?
- Go to https://hicaps.com.ph/my-account/
- Click on the word REGISTER
- Enter your Email Address
- Then click the register button
- Check the Email Address that you entered, click the link on the message
- Go to Account Details then fill up the Registration Form then SAVE CHANGES
- Go to Addresses then input your Billing and Shipping Addresses
- Then you may not go to SHOP to order you favorite HICAPS products
Why do I need a HICAPS Website Account?
- When you already have a website account, there’s no need to fill up your details every time you want to order products.
- You can subscribe to our Newsletter and get updated on the latest promos, events and sale.
Can I Login to HICAPS Website using Social Media Accounts?
As of the moment, you cannot login using your Social Media yet but you can login via your Email Address.
Can I change my information registered in the website?
Yes. You may change the information you provided at any time.
I forgot my password or I cannot login to my account, what should I do?
- Go to My Account
- Click the ‘Lost your password?’
- Then input your Username/Email Address
- Then click on the RESET PASSWORD button
How to buy?
You may choose from Cash On Delivery (COD), GCash, Credit or Debit Card Payment.

- Go to the lower most part of the HOME page, under BUSINESS PARTNERS, click BE OUR PARTNER.
- You will see a Customer Data Sheet, make sure to complete the details needed.
- Insert attachments and hit the SEND button.
- Customer Service Personnel will get in touch with you to give you the contact details of the Account Manager who is in-charge for your area.
